Wall Printing Operates Offset, Digital and Flexo
Equipment. The presses and equipment that we operate are
listed below.
Offset
Man Roland 305 - 23x29" 5 Color Press with
consol
Heidelberg DI (Direct Image Press).
Used for quick turn four color work.
Heidelberg SORMZ - 20 x 28 2 color press.
We use it to sapphire stock for HP Indigo presses.
Heidelberg 46 12 x 18 2/C press. Used
for short run an service bureau work.
AB Dick - 1 color. Used for envelopes
and other short run work.
Digital
HP 1000 (formerly Indigo) 12x18 4 color
press. Runs short run work on a variety of stock.
Does not require any plates and each sheet can have a unique
message or image.
Bindery Equipment
Heidelberg die cutting presses (4).
Range in size from 15x20" to 22x30". Used for die cutting
and embossing.
Universal folder/gluers (2). Used for
folding and gluing packaging and boxes. Can apply transfer
tape and labels in-line.
Stringer - Used for applying elastic, cotton
and rayon string to tags.
Baum folder with right angle. Used for
folding flyers, books and other pieces.
Polar Cutters 32" - (3). Used for all
cutting.
In addition we can also foil stamp, UV and
apply film lamination.
